Documents to submit

As part of your application, you will have to upload the following documents:

The application form that includes a brief, motivation and research proposal. Please use the form provided below only.
A testimonial letter from a teacher, dean or other authorized academic institute concerning your academic ability and the study project in the Netherlands. It should also include a testimony that your English is of a sufficient level to participate in the program (written and speaking).
An essay, paper or article in English written by you, that provides a sample of your writing skills and ability to write a piece of academic research. You may submit a previously written piece. It should be approximately 1000-3000 words. If the piece you wish to submit is significantly longer than this, please choose an extract from the text (for example, one chapter of your thesis).
The signed Declaration of Intent. Please use the form provided below.

When submitting the documents, please make sure that your name is clearly indicated in every file, preferably in the title.

When you are ready to submit your application, you do this through the link ‘Apply for 2025’. Submissions sent by email will not be considered.

Before you apply, make sure to have read all the necessary information on the website, the brochure, as well as the requirements page.
